Step By Step Instructions for accessing ClassLink and Google products.

Students must be signed into ClassLink portal to have access to their Google Products.

They can access the portal using the following instructions when using a personal device -

Please follow these steps exactly to Sign into ClassLink correctly

1 - Restart your computer.  We want to start with a clean slate.

2 - Open a Google Chrome browser.

If you have a personal gmail that has been used on this device,  make sure you are logged out of that account.

#3 is the most important step.  (existing gmail accounts may be trying to control the ClassLink single sign on process)

3 - Look at your opened Google window, and look for the circle in the top right area of the screen that prob has the first initial of your first name.  Click that circle and go all the way to the bottom of that box and click "Sign out of all accounts" (Even if it is your account - Click Sign out to ensure everything is logged off)

4 - In the address bar at the top of the screen (not the search field in the middle), type and click enter.  Make sure you do not use www. or https:// when you type this into the address bar.

5 - This will take you ClassLink / DouglasCounty School portal.

6 - Sign in using the same credentials you use to sign into computers at school.  (initials with student number and the student generated password that you created)

7 - You will now see all of your DCSS apps.  This is where you should be accessing all of your accounts.

If you have followed these instructions and are still having issues, please send an email to BOTH of the email addresses listed below.
