Head Coach

Coach Crawford is beginning her first season at Chapel Hill High School. Although it is her first season coaching at Chapel Hill, she is very familiar with CHHS. She is a product of Douglas County, and graduated from Chapel Hill High School. While at Chapel Hill, Coach Crawford played on the Varsity team all four years and attributed to the region championships in 2013 and 2014. Coach Crawford was also awarded Douglas County Player of the Year in 2013 and 2014.

After high school, Coach Crawford attended Georgia Southwestern State University on a soccer scholarship to obtain her Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Specialist Degree in Early Childhood Education while also being a collegiate athlete. Coach Crawford has played soccer since the age of 4, and has a huge love for the game. With that being said, she has returned home to give back to the program that gave so much to her.

Coach Alyssia Meabon is starting her first season at Chapel Hill.  Coach Meabon has played soccer since she was 4 years old and has a huge passion for the game.  She played club ball throughout Middle and High School with SSA and Condorde Fire ECNL.  In addition to Club, Coach Meabon was on Chapel Hill's Varsity Team all 4 years of High School.  During the High School seasons, Coach Meabon and Coach Crawford were a powerful duo which led to many wins, region championships, sharing Player Of The Year and many other accomplishments.

Following High School, Coach Meabon received a soccer scholarship to play at Gordon State College and studied Criminal Justice during her time there. After some time away from Douglasville, she has decided to return back and coach a sport she loves and give back to a program that is really important to her.  She is looking forward to many successful seasons.

Coach Kyra Anderson will be starting her first season here at Chapel Hill as a coach. Coach Anderson has played soccer for over 17 years and she continues to play in an Adult Women’s League. She played club soccer in middle in high school locally with SSA. Coach Anderson is a Chapel Hill Alum and played Varsity all 4 years. She was a leader on the field and was Captain her Senior year. Coach Anderson was a powerful defensive player and contributed to many shutouts preventing teams from scoring.

Coach Anderson decided to not play collegiate soccer due to wanting to focus on her academics. Coach Anderson has received her B.S. in Psychology and Masters in Family Therapy and works as a Couple & Family Therapist. Coach Anderson has never lost her passion for soccer and physical achievement. Coach Anderson is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and currently trains people of all ages to help them meet their fitness goals. She is looking forward to using her experience as a tenacious defensive player and knowledge of strength training to help the team develop into stronger athletes.
