2022 Season Review
We play in Region 6-AAAAA, along with Villa Rica, New Manchester, Lithia Springs, Maynard Jackson, Midtown, Banneker, and Mays. The Lady Panthers finished with a record of 23-18, finishing 4th in the region during the regular season and 5th after the region tournament. Both the JV and Varsity won the Douglas County Tournament, defeating rival Alexander in the championship both times.
Justus Alexander finished as the team leader in kills, Jordan Arfanakis led the team in assists, Sunshine Cardenas in digs, Faith Parker was the high in service aces, and Chloe Bell led in blocks. Moriah Gooden was selected as the first team All-Region Right Side hitter. With a young team in 2022 and most starters returning, expectations are high for the 2023 season!
