Do you enjoy reading YA Novels?
Join us!
The first book we will discuss is Dry by Neal Shusterman.
We meet just once a month to discuss the book voted on by the members!
We will meet the last Thursday of every month at 3:30 in Ms. Renfroe's Room E135.
Our first meeting will be August 26.
If you have questions about the types of books we read, you are in luck. Each book we read comes from one of two places. Peruse the following links to see the possibilities of this year's experience:
1. GEORGIA PEACH BOOK AWARDS NOMINEES FOR TEEN READERS: http://georgiapeachaward.org/
2. TOME SOCIETY IT LIST NOMINEES GRADES 9-12: http://www.tomesociety.org/
Why Should you join the Panther Readers Book Club??
The most significant reason to join is to engage in thoughtful discussion of current literature with your peers.
Literature is one of the last forms of magic left in this world and without it we would be lost. Expand your mind and open your hearts as we invite you to read a book!
Happy reading!
