Ms. Savannah Canady

 
Hello! I have lived in Douglas County all of my life. I am a graduate of Alexander High School, and I am proud to be back for my 2nd year at Chapel Hill High School this year. I currently hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of West Georgia and a Master of Arts in Teaching, also from the University of West Georgia. 

  Math has always been my favorite subject, and I love to share that love with other people. My goal is to show someone every day that math is not always as difficult as it seems, especially if you are willing to put in a little effort. I am a firm believer that the subject teaches problem solving, a skill needed in everyday life. Since I want all of my students to be successful not only in my class, but also in everything they do in life, I encourage them to not be afraid of mistakes, but to ask questions and learn from them.
