Senior Portrait Information – Class of 2027

All seniors are required to have their formal tuxedo/drape portrait taken by BPI Photography. These portraits will be used in the yearbook and graduation slideshow.

Deadline: All portrait sessions must be completed by December 18. Seniors who do not take their portrait with BPI by this date will not appear in the yearbook or graduation slideshow.

Senior Portrait Options

Option 1 (Preferred): Summer Portraits at CHHS

July 15–17

All seniors will be assigned an initial appointment during these dates. Parents are welcome to attend. Students should check the Class of 2027 Google Classroom for their assigned appointment day and time.

This is the only on-campus portrait opportunity that includes:

  • Formal tuxedo/drape portraits

  • Cap and gown portraits

  • Full portrait session options

Option 2: Fall Portraits at CHHS

October (school day sessions)

These sessions include:

  • Formal tuxedo/drape portraits only

Please note:

  • No cap and gown portraits will be offered.

  • Parents may not attend school-day sessions.

  • Seniors who have not yet been photographed will be assigned an appointment.

Option 3: BPI Studio Session

BPI Studio – Cumming, Georgia

Families may schedule an appointment directly with BPI at their convenience.

Benefits include:

  • Full range of portrait packages and session options

  • Parent attendance welcome

  • Flexible scheduling

All studio sessions must be completed by December 18 to be included in the yearbook and graduation slideshow.

Important Information

  • Appointment cards with additional details will be mailed prior to the summer portrait dates.

  • You can also review the schedule in the Class of 2027 Google Classroom.

  • If your student is not listed on the summer appointments schedule OR if you need to change your summer appointment, please reach out to BPI at 866.363.6936.

  • There is a $25 sitting fee required to view proofs and select the yearbook pose.

  • Portrait packages and additional photo options are available through BPI.

  • For formal portraits:

    • Boys should wear a plain t-shirt.

    • Girls should wear a plain tank top or camisole.

    • Formal attire and cap-and-gown attire will be provided by BPI.
