Chromebook Checkout Instructions

It's time to check out your 2026–2027 Chromebook!

To receive your Chromebook, you must complete BOTH of the steps below:

Step 1: Complete the Chromebook Agreement Form

• Required for every student

• Submit the user agreement form

Step 2: Pay the Chromebook Technology Fee

• Complete the online payment via RevTrak.

• Print your receipt or have a digital screenshot ready to show during Chromebook checkout.

• Link to Technology Fee on RevTrak

Your Chromebook will be issued only after both steps are completed.

Chromebook distribution begins Monday, August 10.

Chromebook Rules & Expectations

By checking out a Chromebook, you agree to the following:

• Use the Chromebook for educational purposes only.

• Remember that the Chromebook is the property of the Douglas County School System (DCSS).

• Follow the DCSS Acceptable Use Regulation (IFBG-R1) found on the DCSS website.

• Return the Chromebook and all issued equipment (including the charger) in the same condition it was received.

• Understand that you are financially responsible for up to $350 if the Chromebook is lost or damaged.

Please complete both required steps before arriving to pick up your Chromebook to help make the checkout process quick and easy.
