Need a Student ID?
Need a new or replacement student ID? Please follow the steps below to make sure your ID can be processed as quickly as possible.
How the Process Works
1. Complete the Google Form
Complete the Student ID Google Form before coming to the Media Center.
2. Join the Priority List
Once you submit the ID request form, you will automatically be added to the priority list based on the date and time your form was completed.
3. Payment Verification
If a $10 replacement fee is required, the payment will be verified through RevTrak before your ID is processed.
4. Wait to Be Called
Students will be called to the Media Center in the order they appear on the priority list. Please do not come to the Media Center until you are called.
5. Have Your New ID Made
A certified Media Center staff member or administrator will assist you with the ID process.
6. Allow 24–48 Hours for Activation
After your new ID is created, please allow 24–48 hours before using it to enter or exit CHHS buildings.
7. Pick Up Your ID
Your first-period teacher will notify you by email when your ID is ready for pickup.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days after completing the Google Form. If a replacement fee is required, payment must also be verified before processing can be completed.
Important: Completing the ID form and payment does not mean your ID will be made immediately. Students will be called to the Media Center in accordance with the priority list.
Chromebook Checkout Instructions
It's time to check out your 2026–2027 Chromebook!
To receive your Chromebook, you must complete BOTH of the steps below:
Step 1: Complete the Chromebook Agreement Form
Required for every student
Submit the user agreement form
Step 2: Pay the Chromebook Technology Fee
Complete the online payment via RevTrak.
Print your receipt or have a digital screenshot ready to show during Chromebook checkout.
Your Chromebook will be issued only after both steps are completed.
Chromebook distribution begins Monday, August 10.
Chromebook Rules & Expectations
By checking out a Chromebook, you agree to the following:
Use the Chromebook for educational purposes only.
Remember that the Chromebook is the property of the Douglas County School System (DCSS).
Follow the DCSS Acceptable Use Regulation (IFBG-R1) found on the DCSS website.
Return the Chromebook and all issued equipment (including the charger) in the same condition it was received.
Understand that you are financially responsible for up to $350 if the Chromebook is lost or damaged.
Please complete both required steps before arriving to pick up your Chromebook to help make the checkout process quick and easy.
