Congratulations to our 1st Place SkillsUSA Winners!

Congratulations to Delorna Stutts, Kaitlyn Britt, and Savannah Zalesky on their first place, gold medal finish in the SkillsUSA State competition. They competed in the Mechanical Drafting Display where they designed, engineered and constructed a point of purchase cart for the Panther Place, our school store at Chapel Hill High School. They started the project in November 2020 and presented their project in March 2021. They went through the complete design process, analyzing the needs of the client, brainstorming, sketching, working drawings, construction and finally presentation.
